These services are available on an hourly basis, plus travel related costs if applicable. Request for ModificationsAfter initial implementation of applications, your environment is ever changing. Changes to the IVR applications need to be accomplished in a time sensitive and cost effective manner. Accuvoice has a formalized Request for Modification (RFM) process to assure future changes are delivered in a quality fashion, whether on a case by case pricing or by using a pre-purchased block of hours.
TrainingAccuvoice can provide training on applications we developed with the initial install or when changes in personnel require additional training needs after delivery. We can also train your in-house developers on advanced programming skills on a contract for services basis.
DocumentationAccuvoice provides quality documentation with all of our delivered products. Accuvoice can also provide documentation for applications developed by someone else. This service can be delivered on a cost basis.

Accuvoice can provide professional voice talents using our state of the art recording studios. This eliminates the concern over whose voice to use and, if that employee leaves the company, finding a replacement. Accuvoice can provide professional translation and recording in many different languages.
Maintenance on ApplicationsAll software applications developed by Accuvoice are covered by a 90-day warranty period for 8-5 M-F. After expiration of the warranty period a maintenance contract can be purchased on an annual basis for up to a 4-year period, and then renewed. Maintenance is also available on a time and materials (T&M) basis. Per Current Avaya, customers under contract will take precedence over T&M customers. Maintenance is available on an 8-5 M-F or 24/7 basis.
