Accuvoice's focus on quality is maintained throughout our development and implementation process by our Project Management team. Our Project Management team consists of well-seasoned, highly trained and experienced individuals.


We have PMs located from coast to coast to serve our customers efficiently.


A Project Manager is assigned to every project to ensure our customers’ applications are delivered on time within exacting specification parameters.


The Project Manager will work with the customer to identify and assure a clearly defined Specifications Document that will be understood and accepted by the customer.


The Project Manager will also coordinate the required customer training and documentation for the implementation.


The process we have in place identifies all steps of the implementation by requiring a "Spec Doc", Timeline of Milestones, an Issues Log, Training Documentation, etc.


To provide the highest level of satisfaction we have developed a document called "Guidelines for a Successful Implementation". This document goes into the necessary details to identify the steps required for a successful implementation of a voice response application. This is used on every application implementation to ensure total customer understanding and satisfaction.
