This package offers you the capability to route callers to a particular extension, the operator, or up to five other destinations (including additional extensions or other Avaya IVR applications). All destinations can be selected and changed by your system administrator. This package gives you the flexibility to establish two separate routing paths, for example, one for daytime business hours and another for after hours.
