The Insurance Company Claims Status Line by Accuvoice Inc allows Insurance Company patients or Health Care providers to verify a patient's current claims status, using a touch-tone telephone, 24 hours day.

This allows customer service representatives to spend more time handling more complex requests. This also provides a highly accurate/ low cost alternative to extend hours of operation without adding additional staff.
 
As an option a copy of a claim status can be faxed to the patient/provider for hard copy for their records, thus eliminating the need for mailing status or requests for duplicate copy requests that have to be handled by a customer service representative.
