The Time Reporting and Scheduling package from Accuvoice provides Healthcare establishments with an automated way to gather employee's time reports. This simple-to-use system enables employees to call in their work start and completion times. For supervisors, this timely information helps them track the personnel who have reported to work and make decisions about work schedule adjustments. This versatile system also provides you with the option of playing job-scheduling messages for employees and setting up optional interfaces with your payroll system. How does it Work?

Callers to the system are prompted for a numeric employee ID. For calls from off-site, the ANI can be used to verify the location of the employee calling in. Following verification, the caller is prompted for the time, the day*, and whether the time is start or end time. If applicable, callers also are prompted for a project or job number. As an option, employees can be informed about work scheduling via a message created by the system administrator. For security purposes, the administrator must specify a PIN to create, delete, and change these scheduling messages.
 
*Note: As an option, date and time can be obtained from the system calendar and clock.
 
In addition to the optional scheduling features, you can also set up an optional interface to your payroll system. This interface would enable the Time Reporting and Scheduling package to send time reports directly to your payroll system, following supervisor approval via screen or telephone.
