The Registration package from Accuvoice is an efficient and convenient way to register callers for a variety of events. This versatile package can be used by corporations to register employees for training classes, by educational facilities for student registration, or by trade shows to record participants. The basic registration package uses a series of prompts to collect information from callers. Additional modules can be added to enhance the capabilities of this package. These optional modules include: outcalling to callers on a waiting list, faxing class lists to instructors or cancellation notices to attendees, and handling credit card payments.

How does it Work?

You can set up the prompts to meet your particular needs: for example, you can check a caller's prerequisites before allowing them to register. Callers to the application are prompted to use their touch-tone phones to provide pertinent information to register. Information is stored and accessed on a local database or can be set up as a host interface. This package is modular to accommodate a variety of business needs. Optional modules include outcalling, which enables you to automatically call students on a stand-by list when class openings occur. With the optional fax capability, you can fax information to various participants. There's even an optional module to register and pay by credit card.
