In addition to the various modules, you can add ANI capture to identify callers for target marketing. Plus, voice mail can be added to give your brokers round-the-clock availability to customers. Property Information--callers can hear property listings by:

How does it work?

Depending on the modules selected, this application will perform a variety of functions. Essentially, Real-Talk plays menus and prompts callers to make selections using their touch-tone phones (speech recognition is optional). The system can prompt callers for additional details, play pre-recorded descriptions, even fax information back to the caller.

The system is simple to administer from any touch-tone phone. To ensure security, all administrative functions require a PIN.
