Your Customers Will Always Know Where to Find You

The locator by Accuvoice helps the calling public locate your business at any time, day, or night. Callers can dial-in, provide their zip code or area-code/exchange, and the Locator speaks the name, address, and phone number of your nearest location. When needed, you can offer a sub-menu to further clarify the caller's needs before a location is supplied. If you have numerous locations within the same area, they can be selected at random for equal exposure. You can also elect to list all your locations within a given area and give callers the choice. Plus, there are a variety of options that enable you to add speech recognition as an alternate to touch-tone input.
 
Another option is Text-to-Speech, which transforms text to speech and eliminates the need to pre-record information for each location. So why not put the Locator to use and ensure that your customers will always know where to find you?

How does it Work?

Caller seeking the nearest location of a particular company may enter either a zip code or area code/exchange using touch-tones or (optional) speech recognition. The Locator matches this information to the local or host database and speaks the name, address and phone number of the nearest location. If a submenu is used, the caller is prompted for additional information before locations are selected.
 
From an administrative standpoint, Text-to-Speech provides an attractive alternative to pre-recording all locations information. To ensure that the database contains current addresses, an optional database-cleansing feature is available. Note that address verification is performed prior to loading the database onto the system.
