The Job Line that Saves Time!

The Job Line package from Accuvoice gives your current and prospective employees the opportunity to call and listen to job openings that are available within your business. This package provides a convenient and confidential way for employees to pursue new job opportunities. With its simple call-in capabilities, this system makes it easy for new prospects to find out about job openings as well. And if you add the optional Voice Capture and Retrieval modules, callers can actually apply for a position or make a request for additional job information.

The Job Line package also offers timesaving features that make this package even more efficient. One feature allows callers to enter their last call-in date to have the system play only new job openings posted after that date. Where there are no positions available, the system alerts callers by playing a special message. Now, callers can tell immediately if there are any new jobs, rather than sitting through the entire listing each time they call. That's true timesavings! And to keep callers' on track, Job Line lets you set a time limit on the length of each call.

How does it Work?

Callers are greeted with a selection menu that lets them choose positions on a specific skill, region, or salary range. Once a selection is made, the system automatically plays all open job positions within the selected criteria. If your company posts job-opening s more than once a week, you can prompt callers to enter their last call-in date. This enables the system to either play job listings posted after that date or play a message indicating that no new positions are have been added. Additional prompts can be added as part of the optional Voice Capture and Retrieval modules, enabling callers to request more details on a particular job or leave pertinent information as part of a job application.

Job Line offers simple touch-tone menus that enable system administrators to control prompts and record job descriptions. The system provides additional controls to limit the length of each call and establish deletion dates to automatically delete selected or all job positions.
