How does it Work?

The Group Outcalling package from Accuvoice gives you an efficient and economical way to place calls to large groups of people. This lets you place to calls to your entire list of phone numbers, or you can designate large and small calling groups. You can even record a variety of messages per phone number or group of phone numbers. And with Group Outclassing, you have the flexibility to use parameters to control the outcalling process. For example, there are parameters to control the before/after calling times and the number of repeats the tries (for busy numbers), etc. The Group Outcalling application is particularly useful for disaster management programs and for service providers, such as utilities.

The Group Outcalling package automatically dials each phone number on your designated contact list and speaks the pre-recorded message. Note that the message is only played when the call is answered with an audible voice (live or answering machines).

Using simple touch-tone commands, the system administrators can modify the calling parameters at any time. Group Outcalling can be interfaced with a database or used as a standalone with a local database.
