How does it Work?

Incoming faxes are stored in the fax boards on your Avaya IVR. This application moves faxes to a PC that is on the network containing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) resident software. The Fax to Data Converter reads each fax, then converts the information, and forwards it to your host system/server. For conversion processing, the accuracy levels are high. Faxes that cannot be read are sent to a verifier PC for conversion and forwarded back to the host/server.
