Quality Survey
| The Quality Survey provides a framework for non-technical managers to build their own surveys and received compiled, printed results without ever touching a computer keypad or incurring the high costs of administering and interpreting, paper-based surveys. |

| Typical applications of the Quality Survey include monitoring customer or employee satisfaction, or trialing new products or procedures. A company can run up to three different surveys at one time, with up to 30 questions each. The system captures the Touch-Tone responses from survey participants and automatically prints regular reports for each subgroup and the total group. |

| The Quality Survey can also be designed to accept the customer comments. This can be extremely beneficial in uncovering newly emerging customer satisfaction criteria. Studies show that it is five times more costly to acquire a new customer than to keep an existing one and that, typically, only one out of nine dissatisfied customers complains. How does it work?
To simplify survey design, this package opens with a series of prompts that guide you through entry of the survey questions and multiple choice selection options. Following your set-up, callers to the survey hear each question and are prompted to select answers using their touch-tone phones. The Quality Survey package stores the results of each survey and generates reports on these results. |
