An Array of Routing Options for Any Business
| Incoming Call Routers from Accuvoice offer an array of call routing packages with the flexibility to meet the needs of any business. There are five call routers to choose from - each providing different capabilities. These routing options are detailed below. |
| Basic Auto Router - This package offers you the capability to route callers to a particular extension, the operator, or up to five other destinations (including additional extensions or other Avaya IVR applications). All destinations can be selected and changed by your system administrator. This package gives you the flexibility to establish two separate routing paths, for example, one for daytime business hours and another for after hours. |
| Multi-Lingual Auto Router - This package includes the Basic Auto Router (above) with menu options spoken in one of nine languages. This package enables the system administrator to select the language to be used and record the appropriate spoken prompts. |
| Natural Word Router - This package uses the vast Natural Word vocabulary to aid in directing calls. You can establish selection menus using any of the thousands of words in Natural Word. When a caller speaks a selection, the information is used to route the call. For example, if someone calls a hospital and says, "emergency room," Natural Word Router can automatically transfer the call to the appropriate extension. |
| Flex Router - This package enables you to prompt the caller for information that is subsequently matched against a database and used to route the call. For example, you could set up the system to route by zipcode, area code, social security number, policy number, etc. |
| Alpha Dialer - This package routes callers based on the called party's name. The system prompts the callers for the first three or four letters of the last name for the person they wish to reach. This touch-tone information is matched against a database and the call is transferred accordingly, Where more than one match is found, the system can either request more letters or speak the names and let the caller select the correct party. |
