Let's You Call In If You Cannot Come In

The Absentee Reporting package from Accuvoice lets you manage absentee reporting with ease. If you are an educator, this package is particularly useful for tracking student and service personnel absences. And for businesses that require employees to call if they cannot come in, this system is automated to manage incoming calls around the clock. Based on the incoming call list, the Absentee Reporting package can even be set-up to place outgoing calls with designated messages. This outcalling can be triggered automatically or initiated by administrative personnel. As an option, you can also download the list of call-ins and print letters, based on the list.

How does it Work?

The Absentee Reporting package has two modules: Incoming and Outcalling

Incoming -- Calls to the system are prompted for an ID number. After verification, callers are prompted for the day(s) of their absence, and if required, a reason code. This information is stored and sent to either a host computer or the Avaya IvR local database. You also can download call-in information to a printer at any number of internal locations.

Outcalling -- This module can be triggered automatically, based on incoming call information, or initiated by the administrator. With outcalling, Absentee Reporting dials a phone number from the database of incoming calls. When the call is answered, the system speaks a designated message.

For system security purposes, all administrative functions require a PIN. These functions include setting up automated outcalling and adding, deleting, or changing messages.
