Prescription Refill Request

Allows Patients To Request Refills Automatically

This application provides an easy and efficient means for patients to call into their physician's office and request a prescription renewal.

Callers will be greeted with a message prepared by the physician's office advising them to speak the answers to questions that they will hear. The system will ask caller to leave name, address, phone number prescription name and number that needs to be refilled. The questions to be answered are spoken into the system and can be customized to fit the needs of the facility using the system. (example: some physicians may require that their patients leave more information than another physician concerning the refill and each physician can customize the questions to fit their needs)
 
The callers speak the answers and at a later time authorized personnel dial into the system and transcribe the messages and take whatever appropriate action is necessary.
 
Administration of this application is by touch-tone phone.
