| This application provides an easy and efficient means by which a patient or a physician can retrieve lab results.

| The application allows patients to dial into a system and hear a spoken message regarding their test results. The results are spoken into the system by the physician or some other authorized employee. The patient will be provided an access number to the system by the physician's office after the test has been performed. At a pre-determined time after the test the patient may call in, enter their access number and listen to the results.

| As an option if voice mail is available at the physician's office the caller can leave a message after they have listened to the results.
