This year’s focuses for IVR includes CRM, web enabling, and UNIX wrapped in Windows. Accuvoice is right in step with the future of the IVR offering. CRM involves a more personalized customer experience and Accuvoice is delivering our new generation School Applications to provide this personalization. Accuvoice is the premier provider of applications for the Education marketplace with over 6000 packages installed all across the country, and over 750 more in implementation. As a Women’s Business Entity (WBE) supplier, we can help close sales in School districts that have a growing need to use a higher percentage of M/WBE suppliers to meet local and state wide guidelines. Our redesigned school applications for IVR platform extend the ease of use for traditional telephone access, the growing Internet access, and administration with the use of the Accuvoice STAR. Additionally we are adding web access for reports and administration. Accuvoice STAR

Accuvoice’s new Windows based Speech, Tables, and Reports tool. Supporting the Avaya direction of wrapped in Windows this new tool gives your IVR Clients an easy way to administer the speech on their IVR applications whether developed with Scriptbuilder or Dialog Designer, the Avaya Windows application generator. The Accuvoice STAR can be used to also administer Tables or get reports at your desktop. The Accuvoice STAR works with ISV or customer developed applications. This is a functionality that puts IVR among the leading graphical based IVR/VRU solutions in the marketplace. This tool can be used on V6, V7, or the new V8 of IVR releases. Avaya Healthcare Solutions

Avaya Communication recently announced that Accuvoice was selected as the ISV to provide Hospital and Clinic solutions on the IVR for the recently announced Avaya Healthcare Solutions. This was due to our extensive experience with the Healthcare industry. A recent multi-thousand CD mail-out, has generated over 150 qualified leads that are soon to be distributed to your sales force. Our application specialists are prepared to support you in bringing these sales to fruition. We have been a provider of custom and packaged solutions for the market for many years. The offering is for three packages that are very easy to install - Prescription Refill Request, Patient Lab Reporting, and Patient Satisfaction Survey. We have many additional applications available.
