This quarter we are highlighting the capability of Avaya Self-Service applications
to be integrated with your customer's web site. Through the use of standard
CGI scripts the web site can ask the Avaya IVR to look up information in
the host and return it to the website. This can give your customers the same access to Web enabled or Voice enabled applications. Changes in
the host data system can be handled at one place instead of two. This also
enhances the value of the IVR in the Customer's environment. Please

In the Western Region, we are installing a Student Absentee Outcall system.
It is currently in transition from a one-school pilot to full deployment for
14 schools. It will also be the first one with period-by-period reporting,
which has become a California state requirement. We're excited about being
able to keep up with the changing needs of the education industry. |
