This quarter we are highlighting the capability of Avaya Self-Service applications to be integrated with your customer's web site. Through the use of standard CGI scripts the web site can ask the Avaya IVR to look up information in the host and return it to the website. This can give your customers the same access to Web enabled or Voice enabled applications. Changes in the host data system can be handled at one place instead of two. The spotlight is on Education this issue, and the latest on all our school packages can be found on our Web site. The newest feature is downloadable Adobe formatted brochures for your use with Proposals. This means our brochures are available at your convenience. In the Western Region, we are installing a Student Absentee Outcall system. It is currently in transition from a one-school pilot to full deployment for 14 schools. It will also be the first one with period-by-period reporting, which has become a California state requirement. We're excited about being able to keep up with the changing needs of the education industry.
