This is a 32-bit Windows program that will allow users to administer Avaya IVR speech or tables. Users can record speech and edit table(s) on the IVR!

Furthermore, this program can retrieve reports from the IVR to display, print, or save to the PC. These reports can consist of standard IvR reports and/or application specific reports. You simply click on the report. The program is run 'real-time' and the results are brought back to the screen.

The interface of the program is simple enough to get started right away, however, it has many features that would satisfy most power users. Most of the functions also have pop-up hints that appear when your mouse is over a button.

The uniqueness of this program is that it was developed with flexibility in mind. The program adapts to the type of table or speech list you are viewing.

There are also many add-on packages available for this product.
